Hot water: 133° F/56° C (two times per year is recommended).
Natural liquid soap (Ivory type), without bleach, are preferable. Do not use soap
Spin to remove excess water.

OTHER PREVENTIVE MEASURES
Before the first use, it is recommended to wash the mattress cover, to eliminate the odours of packing, as well as sheets, blankets, and pillowcases with hot water (56° C). When washing, make sure the cover is open and the waterproof membrane is inside. Excluding major incidents, wash the covers one to four times per year (twice per year recommended).
Before installing the cover, vacuum the mattress.
Use sheets with synthetic materials.
Wash sheets, blankets and pillowcases in hot water at least once a week.
Do not dry clean the covers.
Do not iron the covers.
Do not dry outdoors (to prevent additional pollutants and allergens from sticking to the cover).
Reduce dust in the home as much as possible.
Aerate the home regularly, even in winter (even for just a few minutes).
Maintain humidity at less than 50%.
Maintain the ambient temperature below 21 ° C.
Avoid placing rugs, carpets, or furniture covered in fabric in the bedroom. Venetian blinds or lightweight, washable curtains are preferable.
Use pillows made from synthetic materials and replace them every 2 or 3 years.
Use washable window fittings and dust all surfaces with a damp cloth every week.
Do not keep plants in the bedroom.
